News: China Unveils World’s First AI Robot News Presenter (Photos And Video)

World’s first English speaking Artificial Intelligence news anchor

In case you’re an news presenter this news should stress you as robots are seeking your jobs. Chinese greatest news agency XINHUA has unveiled the world’s first English speaking Artificial Intelligence newscaster. This robotic newscaster dresses with a costly suit, glasses and tie. News: Federal Radio Corporation Of Nigeria Takes Over Radio Biafra

• As FG allocates IPOB broadcast frequencies to Radio Nigeria stations in Kaduna, Bayelsa, Enugu, Ibadan

A highly placed source told Saturday Sun that other broadcast frequencies seized from Radio Biafra will be allocated for the use of Radio Nigeria stations in Bayelsa, Enugu, and Ibadan.

Three years after the Nigerian security apparatus coordinated by the office of the National Security Adviser (NSA) Gen. Babagana Monguno successfully shut down all the broadcast frequencies of Radio Biafra operated by the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) the federal government has deployed four of the shortwave bands for the use of Radio Nigeria, Hausa service, Kaduna, which went off air over 30 years ago. The radio station returned to the airwave two weeks ago after the NSA office released four broadcast frequencies harvested from IPOB” for the use of the federal government owned radio station, which now broadcasts in Hausa language 12 hours daily. The four shortwave bands include 7315khz on 41 meter band, 13840khz on 22 meter band, 17525khz on 16 meter band and 7235khz on 41 meter band.

A highly placed source in the nation’s security circle told Saturday Sun that other broadcast frequencies seized from Radio Biafra will soon be allocated for the use of Radio Nigeria stations in Bayelsa, Enugu, and Ibadan. “The harvesting and shutting down of Radio Biafra broadcast bands were made possible after our security system penetrated IPOB foreign partners and network in October 2015 following credible intelligence on the modus operandi of operators of Radio Biafra. Having achieved that feat, the government feels the same technical backbone can be deployed for the use of a national goal. This explains why IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu can only address his people now through Facebook,” the source added.

A top official in the Federal Ministry of Information and another at the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) headquarters in Abuja who confirmed the development yesterday however said they only knew that the broadcast bands were released for the use of Radio Nigeria by the NSA’s office but could not say whether they were seized from IPOB.

In a reaction to the development, IPOB detailed how the federal government made frantic efforts to frustrate its broadcast stations. “It is on record that Nigerian government and her agency Nigeria Broadcasting Corporation tried all they could to stop Radio Biafra from broadcasting from London but failed. They went as far as putting pressure on the British government to close out studios in London, that too failed. They purchased Satlink an Israeli company that provided us satellite services. They did this through a company in the United States.

As soon as the company assumed control of Satlink, they terminated our contract. We moved to another supplier and have been with this supplier for five years now. One important thing to understand is this, the federal government of Nigeria never successfully shut down any Radio Biafra frequency since inception.

“That is a fact. They repeatedly tried and repeatedly failed because Almighty Elohim Chukwu Okike Abiama is in control of IPOB and its activities. “Our contract expired with our service providers and we stopped the service hence any changes in frequency.

We are not aware that Nigerian government moved their beloved Hausa Service to the frequency once occupied by Radio Biafra. Hausa Fulani radio service is meant for Hausa Fulani not Biafra.

“We have our own Radio Nigeria Hausa Service run by Radio Biafra. Biafra radio and television services have come to stay which this Nigerian Government headed by the Fulani caliphate cabal cannot stop.

Anybody thinking of stopping Radio Biafra and Biafra Television is hallucinating. Our media platforms must continue to disseminate undiluted and accurate information to the people of Biafra and Nigeria until the end of time.

Biafra freedom is important and sacrosanct to the people of Biafra especially IPOB members  worldwide, therefore we are fully determined to fund the running of Radio Biafra and Biafra television till Biafra sovereignty is restored,” the response signed by IPOB spokesman, Emma Powerful stated.

LifeStyle: Man who disguised as a lady to 'deceive male clients' caught after Abuja man took him home for 'sex'

The Abuja police command have arrested a 22-year-old man for allegedly disguising as a woman to lure men at nightclubs in Abuja.

The suspect, Iliyasu Omika, a native of Kogi State who stays in Tungan Maje in Abuja, was among 15 suspects paraded by the FCT Police Command on Wednesday for allegedly luring men at nightclubs into amorous relationships while disguised as a lady.

Police said he was arrested at a brothel in Mpape on November 5 around 5am “after his supposed client raised alarm upon discovery that he was actually a man and not a woman as he claimed.”

When speaking with journalists, Omika denied the allegations but admitted that he met the man in a bar while he was with his sisters. He explained that the complainant offered to buy him drinks, but he turned down the offer because he does not take alcohol.

According to him, he and his sisters were in the bar to look for jobs, but the man informed him that they could get employment at the bar.

“I was in a bar and a man saw me and asked if I was Igala (ethnic group), I said yes. He offered to buy drinks for me, but I told him I don’t take alcohol, so he bought me a soft drink.

“I told him that my sisters and I were in the bar to look for jobs, but he said there were no jobs there and offered to take us to his house. He explained that we could stay the night and promised to give us N3,000 so we could go back to our village; so, we went with him to his house” he said.

“The man said my sisters should come and sleep with him, but they refused and chose to sleep in the living room. So, I slept off and the man touched my chest and upon discovering that I was a man, he called the police and I was arrested. It was at daybreak that the police came and I was taken away,” Omika added.

It's A Love Story: Part One

She gave me an opportunity to change things, my life especially, and I took it. Call me cheap, call me selfish, call me whatever, but if you’ve been through what I have been through, you’ll know that I did what was right for everyone.

I see myself as the sacrificial lamb led to slaughter, for the happiness of those I truly love. I consider it a worthy course. Maybe I could have done things differently, maybe there was a better way, but now, that’s all there will ever be- uncertainties.


Somehow, along the course of life, I keep learning more about myself, and I realize that in life, there should never be regrets, just a lifelong appreciation of the choices I make. And so, I don’t regret that I left him.

I now realize that he was the best thing that ever happened to me. But then there was Seun. I know they say that love proves itself most when there are challenges and trials. I quite understand that fact. But Seun was not just a trial or a challenge, she was a reality. How do you cope or deal with reality?


My elder brother once told me, “Never make someone your priority if you are just an option”. It all makes perfect sense now. of course Tony loved me and maybe he still does, and I love him too, but so does Seun, maybe even more than I do, considering how hard she fought just to keep him. One only does that for someone they truly love.


The fact that I met him first and Seun just happened along the way, did not count for much. She loved him and was ready to shed blood to have him.

I was not ready to do any such thing; so when she came to my flat that evening with a cheque for 2 million naira and a flight ticket to the UK and a student visa plus admission letter to the Imperial College in London, I figured it was a better option to dying for the man I love.


Again, they say in every fight, it is the one that is willing to die that wins. Seun was willing to die and I was not; I guess that means she loved him more.

Two weeks later I was away from yesterday and into today. Two weeks later I walked away from the man of my dreams and into the life of my dreams. But can there be a life of my dreams without the man off my dreams?

Should I be thankful to Seun for giving me this new life or should I hate her for taking Tony away from me? I may never find an answer to this question. I like my life right now.

Why not? I am studying business administration in one of the most prestigious schools on earth. I earn much more than what many graduates earn, even as an undergraduate. What can I say, my life is just sweet.

But that’s all that it is- just sweet. Perhaps it could have been more, maybe it still can, my God I want it to be more. Surely, I like the parties, the clubs, the girls night-outs, the shopping and all the other things that come with my status now. But I want much more. Maybe I don’t deserve it, may be I do, but it does not cost anything to desire it.

Like hell I miss Tony. So many times I’ve thought of picking up the phone to call him, I still have his number on speed dial even though he’s changed his number twice. I’ve been keeping an eye or two on him since I left. I always never have enough courage to call him. What would I say?

He probably thinks I’m dead. Maybe I am, the way I feel right now I probably am dead. It was cruel the way I left him. He did not deserve to be treated that way. He was a great guy, nice, caring and always very sweet.

He never forgot my birthday nor anyone else’s in my family. He took me out on weekends and took me shopping severally. He even bought me my first laptop. I remember very vividly. It was valentine’s day and I was feeling very unlike myself, getting all cranky and touchy.

He sent me his usual rise and shine text message by 7 a.m, ending it with words I knew he meant, ‘I love you’. I did not reply. He called me a few hours later and I did not spare him from my misdemeanor. I so wanted to be mad with him even when he did nothing wrong. I guess I disliked the fact that he was such a great guy. I wanted him to err a little, he did not have to be so perfect.

That evening, after I had turned down his invitation to dinner, a parcel came in for me. I knew immediately it was from him, but I was not expecting it.

‘A parcel for Miss Maggie’, I heard the mail man’s voice from the living room where I was seated watching my favourite TV program. I had calmed down by then, so I received the parcel from my younger sister. ‘Here, this just came in for you’, she said.

‘Thanks dear’, I replied.
‘It’s quite heavy, she continued, ‘What’s inside?’

‘I don’t know’.
‘It’s from Tony right?’

‘Yes, I think so’.
‘Well then, go ahead, open it’. I tore at the beautiful paper wrap that covered a big rectangular box.

‘It’s a laptop!’ I exclaimed with much joy. My phone rang before I was even done unpacking the content of the parcel. It was Tony. ‘I hope you like it’, he said.

‘Yes I do. I love it and I love you too. Thank you’.

That was three years ago. I have changed laptop twice since then, but I still remember how I cherished the one he got for me then. It really meant a lot to me then.

I’ve been away for two years now and I have had enough time to consider many things. My choices and my actions most especially. I now see that it was all my fault. I am not talking about taking Seun’s offer, no, I’m talking about the day she came into our lives and tore us apart.

EUROPA LEAGUE!! Arsenal Boss Emery Gives Update On Welbeck After Horror Injury

Arsenal Manager, Unai Emery has confirmed that Danny Welbeck has been taken to hospital to undergo further tests after suffering a leg injury in Arsenal’s Europa League clash against Sporting Lisbon.

Speaking further, Emery said that Welbeck would have X-rays on his leg after appearing to break his ankle.

The striker landed awkwardly after leaping in the air to meet a cross just after the half hour mark against Sporting, and needed oxygen before being stretchered off the pitch.

Arsenal are now fearing the worst as Emery issued an update after the 0-0 draw with Sporting.

“He has been taking to hospital. We are going to wait,” Metro UK quoted Emery as saying.

“The worst news tonight is these injuries, we think serious injury. I think Danny was working well.

“His injury was hard for the mentality of the players because they looked at the injury. But when you are playing football in competitive matches it can happen.”

He added, “It’s his ankle. He broken something in his ankle.”

The England international was making his sixth start under Emery this season and was being linked with a move in January.

Read This Touching Story: The Husband, The Wife Or The Law, Who Was Not Fair?

A man found his wife with another man in his bedroom. Instead of attacking the man or raising an alarm he just kept quiet, went back to the sitting room, switched on the TV and started watching some gospel videos.

The wife and the man she was caught cheating with were in panic. The don’t know whether to regret their actions or to be happy the husband didn’t react.

The man dressed up and tip-toed to into the sitting room where the husband was watching gospel music videos with his trousers still zipped down and his shirts in his hands.

At the moment the wicked eye of the husband got in contact with his sinful sight, the man said in shaky voice:


“Sir, l’m sorry for sleeping with your wife”

The Husband replied – “It happens, you can go”.

The man left shivering. The wife never came out from the bedroom till it was time to sleep.

The husband switched off the TV and went to sleep on same bed the action took place. He found his wife sitting on the floor crying.

The husband never said anything or even asked her anything. He just slept on his bed and covered himself. In the morning on waking up, he found his wife dead.

She had committed suicide in the middle of the night as her husband was asleep.

The husband was consequently arrested and jailed for 20 years for murder.

Bitcoin To Become World’s Only Currency In Next 10 years: Jack Dorsey

It seems good days are again knocking the door of the crypto world considering G20 summit had loads of positives for Bitcoin and cryptocurrency ecosystem.
And interestingly one of the powerful personalities of silicon valley Jack Dorsey, Twitter’s CEO is bullish on the whole crypto sector like no one else.

He made a statement saying “The world ultimately will have a single currency, the internet will have a single currency. I personally believe that it will be bitcoin,”

He added It would happen “probably over ten years, but it could go faster.”

Jack Dorsey is one of the influential people in an emerging blockchain industry. His Square’s mobile payments app Cash began offering bitcoin buying and selling in most states.

Dorsey was also a vital part of a $2.5 million seed financing round announced last week in Lightning Labs, a start-up trying to make bitcoin transactions more faster and efficient.

He told The Times that ” Bitcoin does not have the capabilities right now to become an effective currency.”

“It’s slow and it’s costly, but as more and more people have it, those things go away. There are newer technologies that build off of blockchain and make it more approachable,” he added.
